Well this changed quite a bit since I tasted it 10 months ago. I’m just going to keep my nose in the glass for a while, don’t mind me. Power and depth, salted caramel, burnt lemon, marshmellow, grilled pineapple, flambeed banana.
This has the intensity and richness of icewine, complexity of botrytis, and freshness of Riesling. Honey, beeswax, sugar pear and white flower notes with a hint of button mushroom.
A pretty and versatile dessert wine. The nose reminds me of yellow things like sugar pear, banana, quince, and honey.
